These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the AliExpress price-tracking and information service provided by DailyPrice (the “Service”).

The Service is an independent service that tracks AliExpress price changes and provides information. It is not affiliated with AliExpress or the Alibaba Group. The Service does not sell products directly; actual purchases take place between the user and AliExpress.

Links such as “Buy on AliExpress” within the Service are affiliate links. When a purchase is made through them, the Service receives a commission from AliExpress at no additional cost to the user.

The price and product information provided reflects the time of collection and may differ from the actual information on AliExpress. Users must verify the actual price and product details on AliExpress before purchasing.

The Service is intended to provide information. The user is solely responsible for purchase decisions based on the information provided and for any resulting loss or damage.

Users may create an account with an email and password and are responsible for managing their account information. Users may delete their account at any time.

Users must not engage in conduct that disrupts normal operation, such as unauthorized crawling, automated bulk requests, or abuse of the system.

The Service may change or suspend all or part of the Service as needed for operational or technical reasons.

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
